Motors are dismantled, fully inspected, and quoted. Windings are tested using surge comparison testing, insulation resistance is measured, and all mechanical fits including bearing journals, bores, and shaft extensions are checked.

Cleaning & Machining
Good windings are cleaned and coated with insulator varnish. Rotors and armatures are precision balanced. All parts are cleaned & painted. Machining services include bearing fits, shaft extensions, keyways, new shafts, and custom parts.

Rewinding & Rebuilding
Motors are rewound or rebuilt as needed. Rotors and armatures are balanced to ensure proper operation.
